Capacity: Changes between 12 – 20 tons / hour according to required tolerance and the product that will be bagged. 300 Sack/h capacity is undertaken for flour and similar products with an average +/- 50 gr / sack tolerance.

             Setting Value: Can be programmed as 25 / 50 kgs. according to the user’s requirement.

             Fast – Slow Cycle: There are two set values in the system and the filling weights can be input according to these values. Program adjustment to slow cycle is made automatically through the system in order to make a sensitive and fast weighing. Optimum speed adjustment is automotically made according to flour type and silo level.

             Tolerance: Hing and low tolerance values can be programmed separately. If the weighing results are out of these tolerances, the products cannot get out without an operator’s intervention.

             Bag Dimensions: Recommended sizes are 65 x 95 cm.

             Required Bagging: This can also be programmed before bagging. This number can be changed during cutting and the system can be stopped at any time. It is also possible to see the number of bags left.

             Top Level Control: The level is controlled automatically through level sensors.

             Alarms: The operator is notified of opening and closing errors through the PLC unit and mechanic covers and sensors.

             Error Notification: All errors in the system can be seen on the screen.
